ESOP Committee Mission Statement: The mission of the ESOP committee is to promote our ownership culture which embraces the shared values of EBO Group Inc., by coordinating activities that educate and support the shared success of employee ownership.

Embracing Change EBO Group is an entrepreneurial company with world class values and processes. The company culture stimulates a vibrant work environment that empowers its employee-owners to identify new opportunities to fuel innovative growth and embrace positive change. Emphasizing the importance of success sharing within the EBO Group culture, a profit sharing plan was created six years after the company was formed. In 1990, the profit sharing plan was converted to an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) to ensure the company's long-term independence. The ESOP provided enormous opportunity to our employees to share in both the risks and rewards of ownership. In 2008, EBO Group became 100% ESOP. Excellence By Objective The true test of empowerment is in the level of continuity of individual contributions our employee-owners make. Fundamental to the success and evolution of our company, the EBO Process - Excellence By Objective was initiated in 1984 with just six employees. The EBOP Process empowers every employee-owner to identify challenges and learning opportunities to optimize personal growth. The process enlightens and guides our employees to discover their unique strengths and to understand their weaknesses. The EBO Process flips the old MBO (Management By Objective) process upside down, making it a "bottom up" structure. Every three months, every employee-owner presents a one-page EBO Process form to his or her supervisor listing ideas for self-improvement, work area improvement, and/or improvements to our company. The simple one-page form prioritizes and tracks the approved tasks that are above and beyond normal job duties. The successful completion of hundreds of EBO items each quarter provides continuity for improvements to our products, systems, skills and information. Together, management and employees synchronize the growth of our workforce and the growth of our companies. Every employee-owner means just that - from our most recently hired employee to the President and the Chairman of the Board. The EBO Process became such an integral part of the company and its culture that the acronym was modified to mean "Excellence By Owners". In 2006, that acronym became the company name. From concept to design, to manufacturing and quality assurance to our exceptional customer satisfaction, EBO Group Inc. takes pride in living up to its name.
